Terms of use and purchase of the online store.
To use the online store of SIA IT Sales reg. no. 40203021806 INTOP.LV and/or to make purchases there, please familiarize yourself with and accept the set of purchase terms provided by SIA IT Sales (hereinafter - Terms):
General Terms
1. According to these Terms, SIA IT Sales sells goods listed in the online store of SIA IT Sales at www.intop.lv (hereinafter - Online Store). The buyer purchases and accepts the goods according to the assortment specified in the order made on the Online Store website (hereinafter - order). Ownership of the goods passes to the buyer on the day of full payment for the purchase price and receipt of the goods.
If the purchase agreement (order) is concluded in the Online Store, a distance contract is concluded between SIA IT Sales and the buyer. The rights arising from the distance contract apply to the buyer who is considered a consumer according to regulatory acts (natural persons).
2. By registering in the Online Store and agreeing to these Terms, the buyer confirms that they are an adult capable person. If the buyer is a legal entity, it acts through a duly authorized person. The buyer certifies that they will use the Online Store in accordance with regulatory acts, only in an authorized manner. In case of any violation of the Terms or regulatory acts, IT Sales has the right to immediately withdraw from the contract for the purchase made by the buyer and/or to prohibit the buyer from using the Online Store.
Price and Payment Procedure
3. All prices of goods in the Online Store are indicated, including value-added tax at the rate specified in the legislation (21%). By confirming the order according to the order form, the buyer agrees to pay the current price of the goods.
4. If the goods are offered at a special offer price (promotional price), then the mentioned offer is valid for the period specified next to the goods.
5. In addition to the price of the goods, the buyer pays for the delivery service of the goods if a fee is set for the specific delivery method. By confirming the order according to the order form, the buyer agrees to the current delivery price specified therein (if such is set for the specific delivery method) and payment. The buyer is obliged to cover the expenses of SIA IT Sales for delivery in the amount of the delivery service price even if the goods are not delivered (handed over) to the buyer due to the buyer's fault (including, not being in the agreed place/time), as well as the costs of repeated delivery if the parties have agreed on such.
6. Payment for the goods and the chosen delivery service can be made using bank transfer, by making a cash payment at the SIA IT Sales store - customer service center upon receipt of the goods, or by making payment according to the invoice submitted by SIA IT Sales within the specified term, by transferring money to the bank account of SIA IT Sales indicated in the invoice.
7. The payment conditions for the goods may depend on the delivery method chosen by the buyer, and SIA IT Sales has the right to unilaterally change them.
8. The payment for the goods is confirmed by a payment confirmation document (payment order, cash receipt, strict accounting receipt). If the buyer makes payment by bank transfer, the day of payment is considered the day when the payment is received in the bank account of SIA IT Sales.
Ordering and Delivery of Goods
9. To make a purchase of goods, the buyer, who is registered in the Online Store and has agreed to these Terms, fills out the order form on the Online Store website and accepts it by pressing the button with the appropriate indication. The acceptance of the order includes the buyer's obligation to make payment. SIA IT Sales after receiving the buyer's order sends a confirmation of the order's validity and execution. The order is valid until its execution or until the moment it is withdrawn in the cases provided for in these Terms.
10. The delivery of the goods to the buyer is carried out in the manner chosen by the buyer, after payment of the purchase price and the price of the chosen delivery service. SIA IT Sales within 5 working days after receiving the payment notifies the buyer at one of the contact details specified in the application (email address, phone number) about the readiness of the goods for delivery.

12. The buyer is obliged to be reachable at the mobile phone number and/or email specified in the order to agree with the goods delivery provider (courier) on the delivery details (term, place) and other issues for the execution of the order.
13. The delivery of the goods according to the order is considered completed and the order - executed, if the goods are handed over at the time and place agreed with the buyer, to the buyer or their authorized person, verifying their identity and authorization according to an identity document (passport, ID card) and authorization, and a mutual acceptance-transfer act is signed for the delivery of the goods. If the goods are delivered by courier, SIA IT Sales has authorized the courier to sign the acceptance-transfer act on behalf of SIA IT Sales.
14. If the goods are delivered using parcel machine services, the delivery of the goods according to the order is considered completed and the order - executed at the moment when the buyer, using the received notification in SMS and/or email about the delivery of the goods to the parcel machine and the code for opening the parcel machine doors, retrieves the goods from the parcel machine.
15. SIA IT Sales unilaterally withdraws from the execution of the order, unless the parties agree otherwise, if the delivery of the goods cannot be made according to the delivery method specified in the order within the term and manner specified in these Terms due to the buyer's fault or circumstances dependent on it, that is, the buyer has not received the goods at the SIA IT Sales store - customer service center within the term specified in these Terms or the delivery by courier has not been made, including if it has not been possible to agree with the buyer on the delivery details (time, place) within the term specified in these Terms, the buyer or their authorized person does not arrive at the agreed delivery time and/or place, or it is not possible to identify the buyer or verify the authorization of the buyer's authorized person.
16. If SIA IT Sales unilaterally withdraws from the purchase, it will refund the purchase price received from the buyer within 30 days from the day of receipt of the buyer's application, after agreeing on the amount of the refund with the buyer, if such has been made, in the cases specified in these Terms withholding from it the expenses for delivery services in the amount of the delivery price if delivery by courier is to be made according to the order. The application for a refund must be submitted no later than one year from the date of purchase, and after this term has expired, the buyer loses the right to request a refund.
Use and Quality of Goods
17. The buyer is obliged to carefully read the instructions for use of the goods before starting to use the goods and to use the goods only in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, according to the properties of the goods and the intended purposes of use. At the buyer's request, the goods are prepared for operation and tested (if the handover is made when the buyer arrives at the SIA IT Sales store - customer service center). SIA IT Sales provides the buyer with all the technical and quality documentation of the goods available to SIA IT Sales along with the goods.
18. SIA IT Sales guarantees the compliance of the sold goods with the manufacturer's guarantees and standards. The representation of the goods in the Online Store is for informational purposes only and may differ in reality. SIA IT Sales does not guarantee the goods' compliance with any of the buyer's wishes or intended uses.
19. Claims regarding the compliance of the goods with the terms of the contract are resolved in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
20. SIA IT Sales is not liable for defects that arise from improper use of the goods, transportation and/or storage, as well as for normal wear and tear of the goods during operation. For goods during the warranty period and after it, service is provided in the manufacturer's authorized service centers indicated in the goods' accompanying documentation according to the guarantees provided by the manufacturers and these Terms. Obligations of the Parties and Other Terms
21. The buyer can submit an objection regarding the purchase transaction of the goods electronically by sending it to the email address [email protected] SIA IT Sales will respond to the buyer's objection no later than 30 (thirty) days. Disputes regarding the performance of obligations are resolved through negotiations. Objections can also be submitted for dispute resolution on the online platform here.
22. The buyer, who is considered a consumer (natural person) according to regulatory acts, has the right to withdraw from the purchase of goods made at a distance in accordance with regulatory acts within 14 days from the delivery of the goods, which is confirmed by a mutually signed acceptance-transfer act, or if the delivery of the goods has taken place using parcel machine services - the moment when the buyer has retrieved the goods from the parcel machine is considered the time of delivery of the goods. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the buyer is obliged to return the goods purchased in the Online Store to the seller SIA IT Sales. The buyer is obliged to cover the costs of returning the goods to IT Sales, in accordance with regulatory acts.

23. The buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data, which are specified during registration, in the order and/or obtained while using the Online Store, for the purposes of order (contract) execution, including transferring to third parties for delivery provision, payment processing, creating buyer databases and statistics, as well as to verify the buyer's creditworthiness and ability to fulfill payment obligations.
24. If the Parties do not agree otherwise, the buyer allows the seller to process the buyer's personal data, transaction data (purchases), identifying codes, to ensure the distribution and improvement of the seller's services and additional services, prepare individual offers for the buyer, ensure the seller's credit risk management, during the validity of these Terms and 6 months after these Terms are no longer in force (transaction completed).
25. By registering or making purchases in the Online Store, unless the Parties agree otherwise, the buyer agrees to receive commercial notifications from SIA IT Sales to the email address specified by the buyer and SMS to the mobile phone number, including about the electronic communication services provided by SIA IT Sales , additional services, product offers, and other offers from SIA IT Sales , during the validity of these Terms and 6 months after these Terms are no longer in force (transaction completed).
26. Cookies are used on the Online Store website. By using this website, the buyer agrees to the use of cookies for performance/analytical purposes, analysis of the buyer's shopping habits, preparation of individual offers (profiling).
27. To refuse to receive commercial notifications, the buyer can use the relevant link in the commercial notification from SIA IT Sales.
28. SIA IT Sales uses the email address and/or mobile phone number specified by the buyer during registration for communication with the buyer. All notifications delivered to the email address and phone number specified in the order are considered received.
29. By visiting the Online Store, registering, and/or making orders therein, the buyer agrees to these Terms, including those to which references are made here in the form of links. Any new services and functionalities of the Online Store apply to these Terms. SIA IT Sales has the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing them on this site, and the buyer is obliged to review the Terms before using the Online Store, registering, and/or making an order. The use of the Online Store, registration, and/or making an order after the publication of any amendments to the Terms serves as the buyer's consent to these amendments.
