The goods delivery service at the customer service center is free
- Venipak delivery to the pickup point is possible only if the goods do not exceed the specified shipment dimensions (length of sides up to 120) and weight (up to 10 kg).
- Order delivery to DPD, Venipak or Omniva parcel locker is possible only if the goods do not exceed the specified shipment dimensions (39 x 38 x 64) and weight (up to 30 kg).
- Delivery with Venipak courier If you have chosen delivery of goods to your front door, we will deliver your order within 1-3 working days, unless a different delivery time is specified for the selected item(s)
- In the case of oversized or non-standard goods delivery, additional costs may be calculated

General delivery terms
Attention! INTOP.LV is not responsible if the customer does not receive the goods in the following cases:
- incorrect delivery address provided;
- the recipient is not at the specified address or cannot be contacted by phone.
The seller can resend the goods to the customer when the sent goods are returned to the sender and the customer will pay the delivery costs again. If the customer does not wish to receive the goods, the seller will refund the money paid by the customer, deducting the delivery costs incurred due to incorrectly specifying the delivery address.
