Citadele Klix Pay later
is a card payment method.
When making a payment for the first time, the online store visitor agrees to save their card details in the Klix app, allowing faster shopping next time as the card details will already be filled in for them. The Klix app was developed in collaboration with Citadele Bank, which ensures the security of your data.
Klix Pay later allows online store visitors to make a purchase today and pay for it later.
When making a purchase and selecting Klix Pay later, online store visitors will have the opportunity to receive offers from Klix partners – loan providers, compare and choose the most suitable offer, and remotely sign a loan agreement for the purchase of goods on an installment plan.
Who can purchase goods using a loan?
- Any permanent resident of Latvia can purchase goods using a loan;
- The loan applicant must have regular official monthly income;
- Age of the loan applicant: from 18 to 80 years;
- Loan amount: from 70 EUR to 7000 EUR;
- Loan term: from 1 to 36 months;
- For a purchase amount of 1400 EUR or more, a 10% down payment is required;
- A qualified Smart-ID or AS “Citadele banka” online banking, as well as a passport or ID card, is required for processing.
To ensure responsible shopping, the ability to borrow more than 7000 EUR within the last 30 days is restricted for one person using Klix Pay later.
